Hello,
You've created node/5410611721 as a tourist attraction, but it's actually already mapped. Also, please do reply when people have tried to contact you - you can see a list at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=7603634 . If you don't people might be forced to undo your changes.
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
node/5406090521 is surely not a "tourist attraction"?

What evidence do you have for the use of cyrillic within Kosovo? As Ifar as I can tell from outside even within Serbia cyrillic use isn't 100% (see for example https://www.b92.net/ ). The Kosovo government's website http://kryeministri-ks.net/?page=3,1 doesn't use it, and the Serbian government uses both http://www.srbija.gov.rs/?change_lang=sr .

Oops - my mistake. It was me that added the fixme, but I've actually been there since and not updated the map. Sorry for the noise!

You've added a fixme to node/4549740520 "Name is "second something" but what?". The answer to the question "something small enough to be carried into a shop and valuable enough to be worth doing so" - but that's pretty much the definition of a second-hand shop. I'll remove the fixme.

There are two potential issues with that:
1) What's the licences associated with "data from China's official mapping bureau"? Is it compatible with OpenStreetMap?
2) Where this impacts the boundaries of other states there could be problems. A number of states in this region have overlapping claims - OpenStreetMap should reflect the "on the ground" situation, not the claims on any one of those states. See https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/w/images/d/d8/DisputedTerritoriesInformation.pdf for the relevant policy. It's possible to create a map using OSM data that reflects any of these states' views - for example see https://openstreetmap.in/#6/34.325/76.025 for an example showing the boundaries in the region as viewed by India. It'd be perfectly possible to create something similar showing the Chinese view, but the boundaries in OSM itself should reflect the "line of control" on the ground, as best as that can be determined.

Hello,
Please don't add test data to the live OpenStreetMap Server. If you want a test server, perhaps https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ would work for you?

Andy

Hello again,
You've been warned before about adding unlikely data to OSM - I somehow doubt that node/5381100564 is really an "aerialway=station". Please only add tags that actually make sense.

Andy Townsend (on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group)

Hello,
Please use more descriptive changeset comments rather than just "Fixing" - that doesn't really help other mappers to understand that changes that you are making here.
Best Regards,
Andy

Also, it'd be really useful if you could use meaningful changeset comments that explain the changes that you're making. "#hotosm-task-502 #OSMBD #BHOOT #MissingMaps #Mapillary #BOIL #Pathao" doesn't mean anything at all - it's just a meaningless string of letters.

Hi triducsuz - thanks for your reply. If you're using StreetComplete presumably you can say "yes, I've been to Lansdowne Road (just to pick an example), and the speed limit really is 60 all the way along it"? Or did you perhaps make a mistake? It's useful to fill in tags such as surface, lit and maxspeed, but it's important to get it right - so you're unsure, just don't add that value. Of course, if you _are_ sure then just reply saying "yes, I've been there, the speed limit really is 60" or similar.

Hello unknownPurger,
relation/5260275/history is mapped as a relation with just one outer way. Is there a reason why it's mapped as a relation rather than a way? Is there perhaps another way to be added to it?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello unknownPurger,
You've removed the "name" from
relation/4422767/history but left the "ref" (which looks pretty unlikely for a ref - it looks more like a description).
What actually is the name and the ref here?
Best Regards,
Andy

Bonjour,
pouvez-vous expliquer ce que node/5358438540#map=19/13.49525/2.09384 est et ce que le tag signifie s'il vous plaƮt? Ce n'est pas vraiment clair.
Meilleures salutations,
Andy

Hi Corban8,
As suggested, would it be possible to cross-reference your edits here with Mapillary traces, and perhaps make your photographs available (with the date that they were taken) so that local mappers can compare?
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

Belated thanks here for trying to add a bit of neutrality to the dispute here!

Hello MembersOnly,
Can you explain this edit please? It doesn't make a lot of sense. Also what is the source?
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend
