Some of the tags used on way/144705720 here (sepecifically "building:basement=YES" seem odd. Can you explain why you're using "YES" in uppercase here?
Also "building:basement" as a tag isn't used elsewhere in OSM - there are other ways of expressing that concept.
Before introducing new tags to OSM perhaps discuss them with other OSM mappers - the tagging list https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tagging may be an appropriate place to do that.

Hi - I'm guessing that way/553075716#map=17/53.13572/-1.29515 is a golf hole/fairway/whatever rather than woodland?

I was looking at way/276871620 which has tags "shop=shoes" and "booth=KX100" on it. Maybe http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=276871620 shows the change clearer?

Thanks - although that says "The change needs final approval at state and federal level in order to go into effect" presumably the change at county level is good enough for OSM?

Just checking - has the name of the lake officially changed now? Someone added a note last July saying "The Community Advisory Committee recommended changing the name of the lake to Bde Maka Ska, but until the name is legally changed we should keep the name tag as-is for now" (but that was 6 months ago, obviously). You can see all the changes made to the lake by looking at http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=44164741 .

Yes, it's more of an "area:highway=blah" rather than anything else I think. That's usually the preferred way of mapping "road areas".

Is adding spaces to opening hours (as in way/464539974/history ) really required?

I'm guessing that the shoe shop way/276871620/history isn't inside a phone box - presumably there's a phone box one side or other of the shop?

I'm guessing that node/585425702 shouldn't be an amenity=telephone any more?

I've heard people recommend osm.wiki/Vespucci as an Android editor, but not used it myself.

I'm guessing you mean way/102403267/history ? That runs through the golf course, not the rifle range. The signage (back in November 2016) did suggest permanent closure rather than "when the bullets are flying", but things maye have changed since then.
At the time I walked it we were aiming for the pub in Penally but couldn't get there because the path was closed (the rifle range wasn't active that day).
