"disconnected highway" is because it isn't joined to the roads at either end. You can see that by looking at way/544319672 - if it was joined at either end you'd see each end say "part of way ..." like way/38499018 does. In the editor, if you just drag each end so that they're over the connecting road it should join them.

Can yo provide a little more detail about this change other than just "boundary corrections"? As I'm sure you're aware, a number of the boundaries here are disputed, and it'd be helpful to other mappers to explain what was wrong and what the change was in more detail.

Just checking - have you checked this edit with the local community? changeset/44078077 suggests it's an actual deliberate name change.
NPR suggests it's a valid change too.

From the decription, it looks like node/5150025623 might actually be a brewery rather than just a bar. In order to add a brewery to OSM you'll need to use a different editor to MAPS.ME - it only allows the creation of basic points of interest. If you go to osm.org in a PC web browser and login with the same OSM details you use within MAPS.ME you'll be able to edit the extra details there.

This is a very big changeset - it covers most of the planet. It is difficult for other mappers to see what changed with changesets that are so large. Can you explain what changes you were making in here and what the source was? The changeset comment is just "ways corrected" which doesn't help explain.
Also, the "created_by" tag on the changeset is "Potlatch 2;JOSM/1.5 (12921 de)" which doesn't make a lot of sense. What editor did you actually use?
