Thanks - you beat me to it (while I was upgrading perl over here!).

Thanks!

OK, thanks. We'll keep an eye open for edits by "known problem users" and keep an eye open for changes to the residential area. If you spot anything else iffy, drop a mail to data@osmfoundation.org .
Best Regards,
Andy

Hi,
Just for info, I've blocked Darwin721 for a period of time - see osm.org/user_blocks/1659 - for continually changing this residential area to a park. Are you OK fixing the problems here or do you need any help?
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, from OSM's Data Working Group.

Oops, If you look at way/53352807/history I think that something's gone wrong here - a small section of wall has been merged with lots of other ways to create something that is now tagged "fence; fence; wall; fence; fence; fence; fence; wall; fence; wall".
Do you need any help undoing it?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello willB0T and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
Generally speaking, you might find it easier to use a more gradual approach when changing large things such as residential areas (even if they quite a bit wrong). It makes it easier to fix just a corner of a problem, and still have a valid residential area in place, rather than having to redraw the whole replacement in one go.
Hope you don't mind me mentioning this - just trying to help. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Andy

Is way/464186215 perhaps a hedge?

Hello rowers2,
This looks very much like a mechanical edit.
Can you please explain what you were trying to do here and where you discussed it with the local community?
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend

Hello Darwin723,
I've blocked this account for the reasons described at osm.org/user_blocks/1658 . Your previous account was told many times not to mistag residential areas as parks http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=6310073 .
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

Hello andrewmci,
Whilst we're grateful for new mappers in OSM including those who seem to have come via Pokemon Go, please don't change existing features to "parks", whether they be gardens or areas of trees. In OSM there are many tags to choose from; always pick the most appropriate. From looking at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=7147190 it appears that the local mappers have gone out of their way to explain things to you (even posting videos to youtube!). In the future please do only add things that exist and be aware that if you continue "fantasy mapping" in any form you'll be prevented from updating OSM.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

Hello Darwin721,
Please don't "make things up" in OSM in the hope that things will turn up in Pokemon Go. This won't actually work for a couple of reasons - one is that people in OSM will change it back (as has happened here) and another is that according to the people who actually look into these things over at https://www.reddit.com/r/TheSilphRoad/comments/7hm27r/why_isnt_this_river_showing_up_and_wheres_my_nest/ , Pokemon Go is using a fairly old version of the OSM database - any "fake features" that you add will be long deleted before Niantic update their database.
Please do continue to map real things though (houses, trees, parks and ponds that actually exist etc.). People won't delete those.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

Hello,
I noticed this cafe called "Unknown"
node/5152874523/history while tidying up mapping by some students up north. It's also removed the name here, but I'll add it back if the name really is called "Unknown" here (as opposed to you just not knowing what the name is).
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello BlinkingNora,
Here you've changed way/24807683 to a "park". It certainly doesn't look like a park from the available imagery - that suggests it's an arable field with tramlines in it that a crop sprayer can go up and down.
Various people have been changing things to parks for the benefit of Pokemon Go - please don't do this!
Best Regards,
Andy

Oops - here node/5260355269/history got added at latitude 0, longitude 0. I have removed it.

Meilleures salutations,
Andy

As you can see by looking at http://osmhv.openstreetmap.de/changeset.jsp?id=54067904 , something went wrong here. Were you trying to import some data? Presumably you did not intend to add it to the middle of the sea?
Best Regards,
Andy

Thanks - I've added a comment over at https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=675663#p675663 (which is the forum where admin levels etc. are discussed). However, I'm not actually sure whether you're describing a problem with the data in OSM or with the Nominatim geocoder (Curaçao is "an autonomous country", but also "part of the Netherlands").

Hello BlinkingNora and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
Thanks for all your updates around Littlehampton. I just wondered about the change to this landuse though - it was "residential" before, and on the imagery it still looks fairly residential, is it really best described as commercial?
Hope you don't mind me mentioning this, just trying to help. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Andy
