Added a the Dublin Bus route from the start in Dublin city centre as far out as Celbridge. I've got all the ways added, but not all the bus stops. I'm not sure where it goes after Celbridge Main street.

I have mapped everything regarding the brandnew IKEA in Cologne-Ossendorf. New streets, new motorway-exit plus the extended tram-line #5.

Ich habe mal alles Neue bezüglich des neuen IKEA-Marktes in Köln-Ossendorf gemapped. Hauptsächlich neue Strassen und die veränderte Autobahn-Ausfahrt sowie die verlängerte KVB-Linie 5.

Someone gave the Ruhr river (a linear feature) a key-value-pair called "landuse=basin". The result was that the whole town of Neheim (now Arnsberg) was afloat. Changed that.

By the way I noticed that the Ruhr is intermitted between somewhere north of Neheim and Wickede as well as between Wickede and Menden. Potlatch does not know of any deleted ways, so it seems that they have never existed. If anybody knows any (copyright-free) sources for the Ruhr river, feel free to complete its run.

Just did the residential roads in between Nerang, Robina, and Hinze Dam, plus some south of Robina.

Hachborn nach GPS-Track ergänzt

So, nachdem ich gestern die letzten Straßen in Graben-Neudorf gemappt habe, ist Graben-Neudorf straßentechnisch komplett erfasst. Jetzt gehts an die Kleinigkeiten einer Karte. Es sind zwar schon sehr viele Sachen gemappt, aber es fehlen immer noch eine Menge POIs, die ich auch noch mappen werde.

Es fehlen auch die Fahrradwege weg von Graben-Neudorf, als auch die Wege am Saalbachkanal entlang. Ist also noch eine Menge zu tun, auch wenn die Verkehrsstraßen endlich komplett sind.

Mein Hauptaugenmerk wird sich jetzt auf das Mappen von POIs konzentrieren und die Fahrradwege um Graben-Neudorf.

I discovered this pledge to map the Caribbean today and thought that it would be a nice idea to participate until I get my own GPS logger.
Browsing through the list of islands to map, I was somehow attracted to Barbados. So I spent some hours tracing major and minor roads in the north of the island.
The biggest problem is that you can't really see what type a road really is - secondary, tertiary, residential, track, ... But the ways are there and maybe someone else can properly tag the map.

A lot of the stretches that I was on today were perfectly well mapped, so I've had to make very little adjustments.

I've added the L1615 from Shrule to Glenncorrib though, as that only was incompletely mapped.

I'm also looking at adding more services along the roads.

It was good to meet up with various people at the Stratford-upon-Avon mapping party this weekend. I've since uploaded the track I collected along with adding all the various new roads & paths. My Dad has been initiated into the art of OSM surveying and we had a very nice lunch too. All the service roads and car parks in Stratford Cemetary have been added to the map, but still the overall outline and paths are left to do there.

After lunch we headed back via Preston-on-Stour which seems to be quite a nice little village. We didn't do it all, but we added a number of roads, the church, war memorial and a foot path in that area too.

There is one small bit left where I need to move the river Stour slightly where it goes under a bridge (I assume it was traced from NPE or something) which I can't do as I've had a problem getting the waypoints out of my Garmin Etrex Vista. Hopefully I'll get the fixed shortly though.

Otherwise, all good fun and helped greatly by the good weather.
