Der Anfang ist gemacht. Habe nun ein paar zukünftige Bürgerentscheide in die Karte eingefügt. Idealerweise möchte ich diese Karte auf der Internetseite meines Vereins verlinken. Werde aber noch klären müssen, ob das rechtlich alles ok ist hinsichtlich der Lizenzen der Karte. Unabhängig davon macht das Erstellen der Karte wirklich Spaß, werde also so oder so weitermachen und auch in Zukunft Bürgerentscheide in meine Karte eintragen.

Habe jetzt erst mit dem Mappen angefangen. Ich werde mich auf Objekte und Bereiche in Bayern spezialisieren, die in irgendeiner Form mit Bürgerentscheiden zusammenhängen. Somit möchte ich graphisch darstellen, wo in Bayern Bürgerentscheide stattfinden.

In den letzten zwei Jahren seitdem ich mit dem Mappen angefangen habe, war ich öfters im beschaulichen Burkersdorf im Landkreis Kronach unterwegs. Dort habe ich immer wieder Daten nachgetragen.

Ein größeres Projekt wird im Sommer sein den lokalen Fluss “Fabrikgraben” weiter zu mappen. Auf Luftaufnahmen ist der Verlauf nicht erkennbar. Das Flussbett entfernt sich immer wieder weit vom Weg und es gibt mindestens eine Gabelung im weiteren Verlauf des Waldes. Deswegen werde ich vermutlich im Sommer eine Flusswanderung unternehmen um den tatsächlichen Verlauf zu kartieren. An einer Stelle gibt es noch eine zusätzliche Brücke die aber, wie der Weg dazu auch, nicht eingezeichnet ist.

Es gibt daher weiterhin bei Burkersdorf viel zu tun.

Wenn ich draußen unterwegs bin und nicht mappe, dann wandere ich.

Поясняю Вам и вашим догадкам на счет тега: Тег был измене, по просьбе людей и их замечания, на более короткий тег для восприятия и запоминания. В связи с разработкой схемой по историческим памятникам и датам в строительстве, которые легли в основу заготовку тегов для OSM. данные схемы били разработаны с учетом пожеланий людей заинтересованных, в исторической сфере: историков и краеведов, а также людей тесно связанных со строительством.

Изначально закладывался именно длинный тег.

На счет данного пользователя я Вам писал не раз, что данный пользователь, методично без согласование меняет теги внесённые не им. Не удосужившись даже задать вопрос перед этим. Что данные теги означают.

Geoglyph of a 30m x 100m over-the-shoulder view of a pointed headed bird facing west. Etched on moderately sloped rock, the bird is oriented north to south and drawn to appear is its perched on a leafy tree branch. Geoglyph appears to show the birds back as its head is turned with the bird’s tail covers the birds talons, hence its facing direction. It is also unclear what exact kind of species of bird is this and what is the bird is doing on the tree branch or if related to other geoglyphs. .

The bird is a possible representation of the Red-Crested Cardinal, that sports bluish-gray above and soft white below. It has a distinctive red hood with a prominent red crest and thick stout beak.

A 150m x 150m geoglyph appears to show a man in the action of throwing a spear. This spear is over his head and he is aiming a target towards the northeast, standing upright. The geoglyph is drawing showing the figures both eyes, nose, single ear and mouth while appearing to be wear layers of clothing. Drawn on moderately sloped land. It is unclear if the warrior, a hunter or simply throwing a spear for sport.

The drawing suggests by the location of where the figure’s spear being beyond and above his throwing hand, that he may be using a Peruvian Atlatl. This clever device, using a grip piece and hook, allows better speed and accuracy in throwing. By the suggested position of the figures body, the thrower is appearing to be at where the forward motion of the spear throw is captured.

Lithuanian address cadastre information was opened in October last year. We started importing the data to OSM straight away. Most (90-95%) of addresses could be imported automatically (taking care of existing addresses, putting address on a building when there is only one candidate, removing any excess addresses). Remaining addresses were added semi-automatically using JOSM remote control. This increased the number of addresses from 300 thousand to 1.1 million.

But we quickly found out that importing addresses is the least difficult part. We have a number of QA rules in Lithuania, including:

• When there is an address with a street S, the way with such name must exist in vicinity
• When there is an address with a city C, it can only be in admin boundaries of city C

A geoglyph of a person 100m x 125m wearing a robe appears to be running from east to west. The figure is etched on moderately sloped land within an area of many other geoglyphs immediate area.

A 20m x 25m geoglyph appears to indicate an abstract shaped head oriented north to south. Both eyes, nose and mouth can be seen within its face. This figure may also indicate a body with two arms splayed open. The figure seems to be part of a larger cluster of geoglyphs.

This seemingly odd looking anthropomorphic figures of a strange human-like head and body that uses the shape of terrain to make out its shape in a 3d fashion. The clever depiction of facial features possibly represent a shaman, spirit or mythical figure.

Долгое время меня раздражали местные новости об открытии какого-либо объекта отсутствием детальной информации (схем, чертежей). С развитием соцсетей эта проблема стала понемногу отступать. Хороший пример - Росавтодор. В их инстаграмме новости хорошо иллюстрируются - сразу понятно где построили/отремонтировали дорогу. Были амбициозные мысли иллюстрировать текущие новости в режиме реального времени скринами из ОСМ (опять же это касается завершенных строек, новых дорог, POI), но времени на это не хватает. Порядок действий

1.Выбор объекта. Чисто субъективный подход. Рисую то, что интересно и публикую то, что, как мне кажется, может показаться интересным жителям РО. Для того, чтобы быть в курсе ситуации подписался на все найденные административные аккаунты - Администрация города, области, городских районов, сельских районов, некоторых СП, некоторых министерств и т.п.

2.Получение исходных данных. Основной источник данных - сайт госзакупок, на котором публикуется проектная документация строительства/реконструкции/капитального ремонта различных объектов. Из проектной документации извлекаю геодезические чертежи (на них обязательно есть сетка координат) и чертежи с проектными данными. Для привязки перевожу координаты пары крестов из МСК-61 в WGS с помощью программы archaeoSYS.exe и получаю KML с парой точек, который перетаскиваю в JOSM. Проектный чертеж (или геодезический) перевожу из PDF в jpg с помощью PDFCreator и привязываю с помощью плагина PicLayer.
