I have seen that the streets of my little town are totally missing, so i started editing Odorhei's streets from the basics. I wonder how could i log gps data and import it to openstreetmap for a more accurate work.

Few days ago I've imported the UMP-Gdansk--GDANSK.ulice.osm file.
Today, I started Tricity WikiProject to coordinate the UMP importing.

Walked some small parts around Waldbrunn. Mapped the cemeteries and marked some landmark points.
Added in a few drinking fountains, and a toilet in the Botanical Gardens, Melbourne.
Also fixed up an unpaved track way near Perth, which caused a blue polygon to be rendered with Mapnik. Hopefully this will be rendered correctly next week.
Having always held a fascination for maps, this project is right up my street!
I'd like to be able to map the Hedinghams as accurately as the equipment I possess allows, and I'm using it as a way to divert my energies away from work at least once a week. So far I've plotted all of Castle Hedingham's streets, and have started on footpaths and other features.
This weekend I've begun work on Sible Hedingham's streets, but I can see that it will take a lot of work to get it to a reasonable standard, and I'm less familiar with the footpaths.
Would like to meet to discuss mapping and how to poduce school travel plans and other ideas for getting people walking

I have got an OpenMoko FreeRunner with GPS and is figuring out GPS softwares available.

The past few months, I've been turning the Little Miami River in Southwestern Ohio into a space-filling river. Every time I touch it, though, the area “floods”, because I keep forgetting to keep the river’s ways going clockwise and each island or sandbar going counterclockwise. Between Mapnik and Osmarender, I can’t ever keep the place dry. :^) There’s gotta be a better way.
As I wrote in my last diary entry, I'd previously gone around Australia trying to fix up 4 white polygons that could be seen around the Australian coastline (mapnik, can be seen easily at zoom level 5).
Well the good news: 2 white polygonal anomalies have disappeared, and now look like normal Aussie coastline (like it should).
The bad(ish) news, 2 white polygonal anomalies still remain. But I've gone had a look at the geometry with JOSM again, and have found and fixed up more problematic geometry. So, fingers crossed, by next week Australia will be rendered (with mapnik) white polygon anomaly-free!
I've added some minor details to Campbelltown (NSW, Australia) - footpaths and a post box, added in a few streets in Camden (NSW, Australia).
Tomorrow I hope to do some cycling, surveying some roads in Victoria.
Just been doing some islands, waterways, and a few roads around the southern bay area.

The German train company makes available sceneries filmed on board a train in real time. What seems boring on the first thought reveals itself as a convenient way to check the elements composing an openstreet map.

To answer hkucharek's comment, I haven't seen any copyright mention on the films, nor on the website which describes the podcast. Must the copyright always be explicitly mentioned to be valid?

Heute haben wir angefangen, für OpenStreetMap Straßen aufzuzeichnen.
Wir haben uns Schopfloch vorgenommen und schon einige Straßen hochgeladen.

Completed surveying yesterday the outstanding suburban parts of Huntingdon, which now leaves only the central area inside the inner ring road, and the small area either side of the river south of the town centre. The area completed was the streets west of Coneygear Road in Oxmoor, either side of Ambury Road and American Way and the block of pre-1950 terraces and council housing north east of the ring road.
Time to put a jacket or gloves on when surveying now - it was really chilly out on the bike yesterday.
