In this old changeset you have mapped Ein Pit as an archaeological site in addition to being a spring.

Lately, you have mapped node/1518072771 as the Ein Pit spring.

As a result, there are two "Ein Pit" springs very close to one another.

We are also exploring the possibility that this was a bug in the POI update interface of IHM.

The result is an illegal OSM relation definition.
