אני חושב שהקטע שהתיוג tracktype=5, כפי שמוגדר בוויקי של ישראל, מתאים בדיוק למצב בשטח:

כל המקטע מוגדר כבר tracktype=grade5 שזו דרגת העבירות הקשה ביותר.

בנוסף, מכשולים נקודתיים אחרים לא ממופים בדרך הזו

מדובר על מדרגה שמקשה מאד על מעבר כלי רכב.

איך אתה מציע לתייג את זה? אני לא מצליח למצוא משהו מתאים יותר

First, I had a typo in my comment. It was meant to refer to highway=footway, based on highway=footway?uselang=en-GB

The OSM wiki recommends the use of highway=footway for "either paved or with smooth surface (compacted, wood or similar)", usually in an urban setting, that wheelchairs could use:

From your description t is clear that way/1303946167 is not "paved or with smooth surface" such that "The elderly and small children and wheelchair users can use them with ease." and it is not in urban settings.

highway=path with or without bicycle=no is appropriate also for unmarked rarely used paths.

I assume you changed the highway tag to footway in order to clarify it is not suitable for bicycles or mountain bikes.

In the outdoors, the proper way to so that is with
highway=path + bicycle=no

The OSM wiki recommends the use of highway=path for "either paved or with smooth surface (compacted, wood or similar)", usually in an urban setting, that wheelchairs could use:

In OSM there is a clear separation between the mapping data - the OSM database, and the many maps that use it.
The marking of bike trail is up to the designer of each map, including the default map at osm.org.

The term used for the visualisation of the data is "rendering". Mappers are expected to follow the "Don't map for the renderer" practice
osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_for_the_renderer

The deletion of the colour, image and website tags of relation/16358371 is unrelated to any duplications. It should be avoided.

OSM is about "truth on the ground", and the troth is that there is a parallel bike trail that is trying to avoid the gravel road.

We are not to judge if the gravel road is "sufficient for every navigation (foot, bike or car)".
Someone made a deliberate significant effort to create this bike trail.
Moreover, mapping of bike lanes is common practice in cities. No one should delete them because the street is "sufficient for every navigation (foot, bike or car)".
Please refrain from deleting the maping efforts dne by others, as long s it represents that truth on the ground.
