I am wondering what the source of your edits are? In the case of this one you quoted a pdf, but what licence was that released under and are we allowed to use it?
I am also wondering what your motivation is as all of your edits are speed limits all over the country.

We will need to see any supporting evidence of licensing, such as the emails received not just your word that someone said something.
