Looks like a typo on way/184237077/history/8. Did you mean 10 meters?
FYI this change was reverted by another mapper because it was deemed incorrect. If this path needs updates in OpenStreetMap, please leave a comment on changeset/184454556

Thanks for the contribution. I think that's already described by the kerb=lowered tag. I don't know enough about this area of pedestrian mapping to make a definite statement, but my gut instinct is that wheelchair=yes doesn't belong on curb nodes unless there's something particularly special about this lowered curb. What do you think?

Thanks. A couple notes: * Phone number format in the US in OpenStreetMap should include the country code and all dashes, so like +1-425-988-1565 * We expand abbreviations in addresses and names and spell them out in full, even if what's written on signs is the abbreviated form. The reason is that it's easy for data consumers to abbreviate common phrases (for example "South 38th Court" -> "S 38th Ct") as needed, but it's much harder to un-abbreviate things in a computerized way (e.g. "ST" could stand for Street, Saint, or even Sound Transit depending on context). The exception is the state code in the address, which uses the standard state postal abbreviations (WA). Let me know if you need help updating these. Thanks again for your contributions and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

Yeah honestly either is probably fine, but I suppose local/regional consensus is important

Phone number format in OpenStreetMap should be like +1-425-398-0001 (all dashes). Thanks!

Hello Leon, Do you, by any chance, remember what you meant by service_times=24/7 on node/5119897590/history/1? I've been researching that tag a bit and wanted to know if this usage was just a mistake because of iD presets or something like that. Happy mapping!

Hi everyone! It seems that the confusion has been resolved here now. There were no mass edits involved in this changeset, but several features of the changeset made it seem like that was the case. Due to the multi-continent bounding box and (inadvertently) unclear changeset comment, several mappers—myself included—assumed that this changeset was an undiscussed mass edit. That's definitely an unfair assumption, made too quickly, and I think everyone would agree that we're sorry @Ethan%20Grobin got the short end of the stick in this instance. As for specific mapping practices, osm.wiki/Changeset#Geographical_size_of_changesets lays out the precedent for changeset bounding boxes: in short, there's a balancing point between too small and too large. That wiki page suggests a workflow in JOSM for splitting changes up if you realize that your data layer has edits that should be uploaded separately. Among other benefits, keeping bounding box sizes small where possible reduces the likelihood of a false positive from reviewers, like what happened above. Have a good weekend, and happy mapping!

Yeah osm.wiki/Washington/Public_Transport is the main page. As far as I know it was originally a project by @Lumikeiju but mostly stalled. Each agency has a sub-page that should have the agency-specific stuff, and lists the status of every route the agency operates. I learned about these wiki pages a few months ago and have done some cleanup of a few (mostly KCM) routes, but there's still a huge amount of work that could be done to make our PT data more pristine.

Thanks. I think service_times=* is incorrect here, and should be opening_hours:drive_through=* instead. I'll switch this location to use that tag instead unless this wasn't a mistake.
Thanks. Do you mind pointing me to the discussion regarding these alternate gtfs:*=* tags, and updating the Washington public transit wiki page so that I know the canonical way to do this?

Thanks!

Hello, Why did you remove brand tags from these POIs? Are the brands currently mapped not correct, yet the names are? Please discuss here to clarify what you meant to do. Thanks
Looks good; thanks for the contribution and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
Robinswood is already mapped at way/160075094 and shouldn't be duplicated onto a point. Is "Black Nugget Tennis" a real name (e.g. written on a sign, etc.) or something made-up to describe this feature? Check out the wiki page at osm.wiki/Names#Invented_and_real_names
The consensus accepted tag for Home Depot is shop=doityourself, not hardware. If you think the latter would be more appropriate at this particular location, please share why. According to the OSM wiki, shop=pharmacy is a deprecated tag, and amenity=pharmacy was correct. I've undone these changes; please reach out if you ave any questions. Thanks for the contributions!
These businesses were both already mapped on their respective building outlines, and shouldn't be duplicated.
The library information is already mapped on the building outline at way/92830944 and shouldn't be duplicated onto another point.
Why did you remove brand tags from Marshalls? If Marshalls is no longer here, please update the name of the store as well.
Thanks. This information is already mapped on the building outline (way/228732859) and shouldn't be duplicated. Thanks, and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
