| 184772822 | Thanks for the contributions. When a business name and information is mapped on the building outline, it shouldn't be duplicated onto a point. Let me know if you have any questions. If you're having trouble seeing the data updates you made, try hard refreshing your browser. Thanks! |

| 184609777 | Looks good; thanks for the contributions and welcome to OpenStreetMap! |

| 184902683 | Thanks! Does this business share the building with LA Fitness, or has LA fitness moved out of this location? |
|
| 184488374 | Confirming that "West Main Plaza" is official and/or signed, and not a descriptive name? Thanks |

| 184762641 | A more specific tag is sidewalk:both=no (or, if the two sides are different, you could use, say, sidewalk:right:separate and sidewalk:left=no) Happy mapping! |

| 184160141 | I don't know this area: what's this barrier for? Is it permanently closed? If it is a permanent barrier rather than a gate, it could make more sense to disconnect the road entirely and add just the sidewalks connecting around the barrier. |

| 184710161 | Hello, Forgive me if I'm understanding this incorrectly (not very familiar with golf), but if this is just the green (a.k.a. area around the hole), then I don't think leisure=golf_course belongs on the green. I think leisure=golf_course refers to an entire course, not just part of it. Happy mapping! |

| 184144028 | So note/5345063 is done now? |
|
| 184236441 | The phone number format in the US should be +1-206-323-1675, not +1 (206) 323-1675. Thanks! |

| 184147587 | Hello! In a comment on changeset/183894117, I asked you to pause on adding bus=yes tags back onto KCM bus stops. I don't blame you if you missed my message; I have heard that sometimes people don't receive emails when their changesets receive comments. Anyway, based on discussion at https://osmus.slack.com/archives/C1FKE1NCA/p1781062016818029 (on https://slack.openstreetmap.us/), it sounds like bus=yes isn't very useful, but you can add it if you want as long as it's correct (remember that some KCM routes in Seattle are trolleybuses with overhead wires, not normal buses). Or, if you have a strong opinion that all KCM stops should get bus=yes put back on, there are much more powerful tools that can do that kind of operation in bulk. I encourage you to ask around on https://slack.openstreetmap.us/ and/or https://community.osm.org/ about how these should be tagged. I think it's also worth noting that the validator (i.e. the thing in the editor that pops up those yellow warning suggestion boxes when it thinks the tags are wrong on something) is not always correct. Some validators have more false positives than others, and the iD web editor's tends to be conservative and avoid suggesting changes unless it's pretty confident, but at the end of the day there are situations where it will flag something that is mapped correctly. The world and map are messy and sometimes don't follow the validator rules 😅 I hope I don't sound too critical—you're doing great! I hope you've enjoyed OpenStreetMap so far and will stick around. Please feel free to reach out at any time if you have questions. Happy mapping! |

| 184206489 | Re: satellite/aerial imagery, lots of imagery has a restrictive copyright or license preventing its use when working on OpenStreetMap. That is, Google's or Apple's imagery is copyrighted and using that imagery could put OpenStreetMap in legal trouble. So instead, we have a set of imagery that OpenStreetMap has permission to use. For example, Microsoft allows its Bing imagery to be used with few restrictions. Some counties and cities also have aerial imagery and are usually willing to share it upon request (sometimes they request that a disclaimer be added to OpenStreetMap's website for liability reasons, but government imagery is typically otherwise public domain / public record). In the web editor, you can look at different imagery layers using the "background settings" sidebar on the right. I hope that helps! |

| 184027689 | Thanks. Just a word of caution, make sure you don't map things incorrectly in order to satiate the validator. Osmose and other tools have lots of false positives, and they don't understand context in the way humans can. Happy mapping :) |

| 180518828 | Ha, thanks C.A.M. :) |

| 183893729 | Oh, I forgot to split the changesets, I guess. This also added a bunch of book boxes in south Mount Baker area per survey. |
|
| 184042428 | Sure, but is the code signed publicly? |
|
| 184082545 | Oh, that's a fun tag. |
|
| 184106981 | Thanks @Flap%20Slimy%20Outward. I left a comment at changeset/184037885 to notify the user who split these (and others who happen upon that changeset), in case you didn't already. |
|
| 184037885 | FYI, this changeset and two others were reverted by another user in changeset/184106981. I don't see why it would be better to have a separate address point, rather than putting the address on the building itself. To discuss further, please leave a comment at changeset/184106981. Thanks; happy mapping! |

| 184075802 | Thanks! It's helpful to get information about businesses into OpenStreetMap. That tends to be one part of the data that's often lacking or out of date in this area. I made some minor changes to your edit, just formatting stuff to align with the conventions we use in OpenStreetMap. Otherwise this edit looks good. Thanks again for your contributions and welcome to OpenStreetMap! |
