I've never seen such an outlet like in the picture you added...

Devices with this plug are plenty, but sockets are almost exclusively with grounding pins in the various compatible forms.

These sockets are not for Schuko - these must be recessed with ground contacts on the sides. These are socket:typec, also named "Euro plug".
Technically, Schuko fits there, but without grounding you're at a high risk of malfunction or electric shocks.

I'd say the first one is the better scheme, having a clear country & state code. I.e. I suggest to use here:
