'traffic_sign:exemption is not used in other places. Isn't this something like OB108 "uitgezonderd bestemmingsverkeer"? That could be tagged as
traffic_sign=NL:C12,OB:108

Please feel free to adjust the tags further - in the meantime the tag evolved further.
ref:GB-EAW:charity is rather new, but definitely a good thing. Taginfo lists quite a few 'charity' tags that could need some rework to be more specific:

The wiki already has a few examples of specifying what can be donated. I think we can just use existing terms and add them to these nodes:

furniture = yes
bicycle = yes
electronics = yes
bric_a_brac = yes (this tag isn't used, but exists in the form of 'recycling:bric_a_brac')

And I guess
'household_items'
or 'garden_tools'
would be fine as well.

Typically the country code is not added at the end of the key, but in the middle:

Was wesentlich wichtiger ist, ist die Gesamtleistung der Station - sehr oft müssen sich die 2 Plätze ja die Leistung teilen. Ich vermute, dass das bei deinem letzten Beispiel auch so ist - 150kW nur wenn ein Platz leer bleibt.
