It doesn't convey any of the details you added above and is very unlikely to be understood by any software making use of OSM.

"healthcare:speciality=urgent" is documented, and doesn't have any implications on which services are provided.
healthcare:speciality can take a list of values to add all the facilities available - it doesn't mean that this is the one and only speciality of the hospital.

- is the data available under a license compatible with OSM?
- the socket tags you use are not to be used. Please check the wiki for the correct tags

This import should be reverted and then redone following the proper procedures.

"man_made=nest_box" und "nest_box:type" gibt es nicht als Tags. Schau mal im Wiki nach dokumentierten Tags:
man_made=nesting_site
man_made=birdhouse
natural=birds_nest

Bei "material" fehlt auch ein Semikolon zwischen den beiden Werten.

I can't see any change on the objects added by this project for the past week. I also didn't get any response from any of the other mappers involved in the project.

This import went wrong. All the objects contain many tags that shouldn't appear in OSM like "ROOF_TYPE". Height of buildings with nanometer precision are also pretty useless.
This should be reverted and redone following all of the Import Guidelines.

You're using tags like 'nombre' or 'invasora' here.
This might be a good description of the object, but is not usable in OSM - no software can understand it. Only tags that are described in the wiki or are available in the menues in the editor should be used.

I notice that the outer boundary is somehow similar to the one of Manamisoa, but it doesn't fit properly - shouldn't they be equal?

Also, there are several "shape..." tags which shouldn't be in OSM. Could you fix that?
