Details about the classification of main roads in Greece can be found at osm.wiki/Greece/National_Roads. Non-motorway motorroads can be marked with the motorroad=yes tag, and do not require highway=* to be set at certain values.

Hello, I think that on this occasion, the addition was spam: I remember that OpenStreetMap does not like these kind of edits where businesses add themselves with obvious advertising in description=* or note=*. It is likely they are a home business or a business with no physical presence.

I reported a different user for doing similar things (obvious advertising in description=*) not too long ago, and the DWG blocked them for SEO spam (osm.org/user_blocks/19944). It appears the DWG continues to not like these kind of edits. (osm.org/user_blocks/21005).

Hello, I had to undo the changeset because you added road numbers that gave an impression that the connecting roads were motorways or expressways, when they are really not. The road numbers (ΣΟ581, ΣΟ583 and ΣΟ585, after "Συνδετήρια Οδός") were already covered under the tag loc_ref=*.

The changeset comment parser seems to autocorrect "highway = *_link" badly.

For context, all three main imageries (Bing, Esri and Mapbox) do not show the filter road. If the change in road layout occurred very recently, please use source="Survey of 2026-MM-DD" on affected ways and do the same for the changeset's source. We err on the side of caution due to a history of unsourced road layouts by a different user.

Hello, I think we do not map the N-10 road as a dual carriageway (at coordinates 47.714035,1.014215), if there is no physical separation between the carriageways.
