du gibst als Quelle "geoportal.nrw" an. Dort (und auch in ALKIS) ist das Gebäude aber noch vorhanden. In solchen Fällen nutzt du am besten einen osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix, weil sonst ein anderer Mapper das wieder ergänzt. Wird hier etwas neues gebaut?
Weitere Anmerkungen:
- Was ist mit den Hausnummern, die nun in der Luft schweben?
- Wenn du die Haus-Nr. 191 entfernst, entferne bitte auch die anderen addr:*-Tags.
- office=yes ist sehr allgemein. Vielleicht ist stattdessen building=office besser, wenn es ein Bürogebäude ist.

The sign 237 is mostly used to sign a designated bicycle lane on the road or a separate bicycle lane on the sidewalk (see examples in the wiki article), so there should always be a way for pedestrians and if not, it's probably not necessary (no pedestrians on that road).

Few weeks ago, there wasn't a sign: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=50.779164130556&lng=6.0521908055556&z=17&pKey=429241798910534&focus=photo. If it's sign 240, then it's foot=designated and bicycle=designated, now it's only *=yes. So I think it's mapped correctly.

The problem is the outer way of the areas which is used for routing. If both areas are "glued" together, a router could route you from the right bridge to the end of the stairs (left) by using the outer line. Maybe that could be avoided by using layer=0/1, but does this have an impact on the outer line used by both areas?

But that is the main feature how it should be tagged. Please see osm.wiki/DE:Bicycle/Radverkehrsanlagen_kartieren. A hw=cycleway is a way only for bicycles marked with sign 237. foot=yes would mean "Fußgänger frei", but that sign does not exist in Germany. And using a way marked with sign 237 by foot forbides the law.

you ignored the "note" on way/871851358 and merged both areas. Please see note/2962730 for more info why there is a separation. Moreover there is no need to change hw=path to hw=cycleway. Reverted with changeset/114741877.

OK, dann sollte das ja stimmen. Ich habe aber die Löschung rückgängig gemacht und stattdessen osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix verwendet, sonst trägt der nächste Mapper die Brücke wieder ein (changeset/114610521).

Man kann in StreetComplete solche Fragen sicherlich auch überspringen.

hier sind bei deiner Überarbeitung diverse doppelte Punkte und Gebäude-Überschneidungen entstanden. Ich habe das korrigiert: changeset/114263200. JOSM müsste da eigentlich Warnungen ausgeben.

du meintest sicherlich building=garages (siehe auch changeset/114063386). Mit landuse=garages werden Areale gemappt, also z.B. die Fläche von Garagenhöfen.

Hallo und willkommen bei OSM,
bei einem Multipolygon, das nur aus "outer" besteht, gehören die Daten ausschließlich an das Multipolygon. Die einzelnen Flächen erhalten keine eigenen Tags. Ich habe das korrigiert: changeset/113952286 (eine Fläche war auch doppelt enthalten).
