I am reasonable happy that the two larger buildings are incinerators (the chimneys are visible), but I don't know what the other buildings are. I suspect the southern one is related to the adjacent pumping station building.

Seating as in lying in a hammock or one of the 'sun loungers', not on the wood chips. :)

I went looking and some systems are 200-800 V, so 110 isn't completely implausible, it just needs a very big transformer coil. :)
