The Tesco building way/143029748 "migrated south" as part of this edit (presumably a new store was built) but the Tesco Pharmacy node node/4624064390 hasn't moved with it. Presumably it should have done?

Sorry about the confusion caused by the big "North Mansfield residential landuse multipolygon". That's a relation/441994757 which has the tag "landuse=residential" on it, and has an "outer" way way/441994757 and an "inner" hole way/151667301 . It was confusing because as it was mapped before the "residential" tag was on the outer way, and this changeset removed the "outer" from the relation. Hopefully things are a bit clearer now.
Also, I notice that you've added node/4630672588 here as a "leisure=park" node in the middle of way/196557670 which you don't really need to do. My recollection (although it's a while since I've been there is that that is more of a "recreation ground" than a park (see http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=196557670) - has it become more "parkified" in the last few years?

I notice that you've changed way/121867544/history from a recreation_ground to a park. It definitely looked more like a recreation ground than a park the last time I was there. The bus stop node/502405500 is even called "Recreation Ground".
The bit opposite Morrisons (now untagged and part of way/151667301) is more like a park, and the graveyard (which seems also to be part of way/151667301) is obviously a graveyard.
Also, it'd be really usful if you could use changeset comments for your edits - that way people can see more about what you've actually changed.

"shop changes" in the changeset comment turned out to be "no shop changes needed because all of the ones that I looked at matched".

It's a MAPS.ME edit, so it's likely that it's just the house of a friend, not a shelter at all.

@tyr_asd given the lack of response here, I'd revert the removal of the tags. A similar thing happened in Sardinia (see talk-it https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-it/2016-August/thread.html#54305 and much discussion after that).
If someone who lives locally comes forward and says that "name:cim really doesn't belong here" then fair enough; but until that time it seems wrong to remove it.
