Hello,
"fixing value to follow convention tagging schema" doesn't explain what you did or why you did it here. See https://osm.mapki.com/history/relation/7226121 .
Another mapper has changed boundary=region to boundary=administrative; you then change the admin_level. Did you discuss your edit with the local OSM community and are they happy that the new hierarchy of admin levels in this area is correct?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
You've added an admin_level=2 tag to Western Sahara here. I have removed that in changeset/133938649 , as it is not any any administrative sense a "country". Everyone (except perhaps the government of Morocco) wishes that it was a country, but it isn't one.
Best Regards,
Andy

Pour info - une balise admin_level=2 a été ajoutée par un ancien utilisateur dans changeset/133699939 . J'ai supprimé cela dans changeset/133938649 .
Cordialement,
Andy

Hello,
As you can see at https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1sH5 , you have broken the Western Sahara boundary.
This was your first edit to OpenStreetMap; generally speaking trying to change international borders is not a good first change in OpenStreetMap.
We'll have to undo your changes.
If you have any questions, please email data@openstreetmap.org with a subject of "Re: [Ticket#2023032110000134] Western Sahara"

Bonjour,

Cordialement,
Andy

Thanks.
Your other edits @GPS@G/history seem to be all over the world. Were those locl knowledge too?

They're not exclusively trade (they would have been happy to sell to me), although their prices are displayed as ex-vat, so the majority of their customers are trade.
As well as being wrong here, shop=trade isn't great because it doesn't say anything about the type of shop, which other shop tags do.
Thwre will always be a long tail of shops, especially if you consider semicolons. That's not wrong; it's just describing the world as it is.

Great - thanks!

Hello and welcome to OSM!,
I've filled in a gap in the cycle route relation/9579#map=19/54.87486/-1.37514 and moved the gate so that it's on the service road - hope that's OK
Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Andy

Hello
Just mentioning in case you're still half-way through fixing it - there's an extra spur at http://ra.osmsurround.org/analyzeMap?relationId=6473828 that has appeared (like caused by whatever your fixing here rather than this changeset)
Cheers,
Andy

Hello,
relation/1770168 is a horse trail. I wonder if you had any idea how horses got across the gaps at relation/1770168#map=19/51.86521/-0.53875 and relation/1770168#map=19/51.88200/-0.53792 ?
There's a gap in another route in the latter one too.

Andy

Hello,
It might be helpful, given the recent schmozzle, to use a few more words in changeset descriptions, here perhaps "changed 3 highway=pedestrian to highway=footway, because that is the better description of what these are".
Best Regards,
Andy

For info, although you've said that you won't attempt these automatic edits in Crimea again, this changeset actually crossed over into undisputed Russian territory https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=133231417 . I'll change back the main object changed there; mappers on the ground in Crimea may wish to review some of the other edits here: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1sum .

For completeness, the discussion about where this feature is is on changeset/133692132 .
