I'm guessing that the problem that you're seeing is just https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/178/how-often-does-the-main-mapnik-map-get-updated perhaps?
From zoom level 13 it'll get rendered as tiles are requested; from 12 down it'll probably have to wait for a periodic process.

Why is "samely_labuildings" editing in Europe? :)

40512202

node/4285292740 is actually in the wrong place. There are about 4 or 5 of these for use with different train lengths. None of them are this far south. The most northerly one is not far from the end of the platform.

I believe it was discussed in GB (where the "wikidata" account is from). There it's clear that (apart from in one region) there _wasn't_ a concensus to add wikidata links. I asked the question about 3 months ago with regard to changeset/38255177 and didn't get an answer .
@wikidata - please explain the justification for this worldwide country-by-country import.

It's probably not actually _named_ "Tree" either, I suspect...

Oops! I think that something has gone a bit wrong here. way/106345011/history#map=18/53.22836/-1.46886 seems to share nodes with 241929548, which doesn't match the situation on the ground. When you walk along that path you don't walk with one foot on people's back gardens and one foot in the park, you're in the park all the time.
Could you change it back so that the path reflects reality please?
Cheers,
Andy

"sport=model_aerodrome" sounds like a bonkers tag, since it's an aerodrome for models, rather than an aerodrome which _is_ a model. However the tag is documented (badly) on the wiki in sport=model_aerodrome and is (after tagfiddling by one of the usual suspects) the most widely used tag for these.

Hi,
Just wondered how you knew what the maxspeed of way/119369160 was going to be? Do you have a Delorean that we can borrow, and how can we use it now that all the trunk roads in Manchester, even ones not even planned yet, are now 30mph? :)

Hi,
What is a Rambler's Gate (as in node/3363330366 )? An image search turns up a stepover stile - or is it something else?

I'm guessing way/285292116 is a barrier=fence?

33698494

node/3722663279 is another "barrier=E".

29016364

Hi Dudley,
Any idea what the barrier=E is at node/3365452752 ?

21427367

Hi Dudley,
Any thoughts about the oddly-tagged barrier way/270684102 ? It looks like part hedge, part gap and part wall.
Cheers,
Andy

Looks like a barrier tag and a name tag got confused on way/188089050 . Should there be a space in the name?

18890998

Hi Brian,
way/246113785 seems a bit odd - looks like a barrier tag and a name tag got confused?
Cheers,
Andy

It doesn't really look like it from the imagery, but is node/868858121 perhaps a barrier=kissing_gate?

24344138

way/294298546 is barrier=frnvr . Any idea what it is supposed to be?

39253728

Hi,
I'm guessing that "barrier=ge" on node/4179568368 should be something else. Any thoughts what?
Cheers,
Andy

Hi Brian,
Is "Bethel Church" on way/300285453 a name or a denomination (or something else)?
Cheers,
Andy

I've reverted this in changeset/40455773 . "foot=yes" can actually be pretty useful, even on footways, as it can differentiate between where there is a right of way and where there is only permissive access. Also bicycle=no on footpaths isn't universal, so keeping that tag where a mapper has explicitly surveyed it makes sense.
Also note that mechanical edits must be discussed beforehand as per osm.wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct .
