@Nakaner - Just in case you're not aware, "Cat Forest", "Happy Park" etc. are part of the learnosm test data. See https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/issues/335 for the full story.

This changeset is I think related to https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=632747#p632747 . Essentially Facebook created some "clever" workflow to add roads (like they did last year that resulted in every wadi and wall in Egypt bing added as a "road" before being reverted) and this time they deleted a whole bunch of tags from existing objects.
They seem to have reverted their own changes in changesets such as this one.
It's a shame that not all the mappers concerned are replying to changeset discussions (see e.g. http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=4353529 ) - if they were to do that it would clarify things considerably.

Somethings gone a bit wrong here. It looks like way/477786620 was imported and you did't check for existing data such as way/327700188 (those two buildings overlap).
As I said on changeset/46484184 , please do reply to the Data Working Group to explain what is happening.

If you've got any questions you can either mail the Data Working group at data@osmfoundation.org or ask on the "imports" list at https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/ - people will be able to answer any questions there.
They'll also be able to give advice on whether "Forage SARC229" is sensible as a name, and will probably ask what a tag such as "ID_Ouvr" means.

It's already a park because it''s part of relation/4031972 - you can tell that by looking at the way/302973671/ page and clicking on where it says "Part of - Relation" at the bottom.

I think something has gone a bit wrong here - you've deleted some things that form part of boundary relations, so some (such as relation/4761171 ) now have gaps in them.
I'll change this back, since presumably this wasn't what you were trying to do at all.
Also, it'd be really helpful if you could use changeset comments that explain what you are doing - "yess" doesn't really say anything.

It looks like you're adding a series of nodes here, and it looks like the overlap with existing buildings.

What are you actually trying to do?

If you're trying to import some data, please read osm.wiki/Import and osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines and follow the instructions there. Among other things, imports should be discussed with the OSM community before they take place.

It looks like we'll need to remove these nodes as they don't seem to match the existing buildings.

Please do reply here or email data@osmfoundation.org to explain what is happening.

The names on way/477299558/history seem unlikely. If it's called "Waldecker Bank" and it's in Germany I'd be surprised if it has an English names of "Bank (ATM)" or a French name of "banque".
