There was a small issue with part of your edit, you changed the place node for Freetown in to a hospital. I've undone that change, if the hospital is really there you should create a new node for it and re-add it.

Adding objects without attributes that define them is pointless (in this case you should have added shop=tobacco).

Further, you should only add factual details, for example the website but not marketing copy as you did in the description tag.

Please DO NOT use the production OSM API for testing applications that add or change OSM data..

In particular you haven't understood fundamental aspects of the OSM data model and are widespread breaking stuff. Which would indeivate that you really need to go back to the drawing board and stay -a very long way- away from the OSM API.

Hi, I intend to revert the changes in this changeset, unless you can explain why this is advantageous and improves the data.

The address nodes were originally imported from the county GIS system, merging them with building outlines that are manually drawn in a reasonable way would require careful inspection, something that obviously didn't happen in this case. For example you didn't even bother to remove or adapt the source tag.

Hi and welcome to OSM. Please add more meaningful comments to your edits as "a", in particular if you make a major change the reason for it should be clear. For example in this edit you have changed the name attribute to the name in latin script, that would seem unlikely to be correct.

Hi and welcome to OSM. Your edit replaced the place object for with a restaurant. I'm assuming that wasn't on purpose and will undo the change. To do it properly add the restaurant as a new node.
