@Странник the new version should be available from f-droid as soon as they've build it.

@Странник while the underlying reason for the issue is not clear, i've added some protection against what is likely happening (with some debug information so that we may be able to find the root cause). It has as far as we know, only happen twice up to now, so it must be fairly special circumstances.

This changeset damaged the boundary for the municipality of La Chaux-de-Fonds. THe problem has been fixed, but please be careful when editing.

Hi, thank you for contributing to OSM.

The data you have been adding seems to not conform to the current indoor tagging scheme osm.wiki/Simple_Indoor_Tagging (due to the number of relations used it seems you might be referring to the defunct IndoorOSM scheme).

In any case you need to add a building outline to the objects for non indoor enabled applications to be able to consume any information on the object at all.

@stedewa the source is stated as "Anciennes cartes de la confédération" Jonathan needs to show that whatever maps he was using is actually legit.

53490105

@stedewa after renewed inspection of the changes, I came to the following conclusions:

- its an import, not a manual edit, with other words it is easy to redo (if after discussion parts of it are determined OK)
- it is using an undocumented and likely non-legit source (not mentioning that it was completely undiscussed)
- it broke multiple boundaries in non-obvious ways

A fast, complete revert is the simplest, easiest and cleanest way to undo something, waiting longer would have increased the danger of somebody trying to fix things piecemeal making it far more difficult to rectify things.

Further note due to the large number of changes and the use of an external datasource this was further clearly an undiscussed import.

This and previous changesets have broken multiple really existing municipality borders in the canton Vaud.

Not only that, but the data you added is historic and doesn't belong in OSM in the first place, not to mention that your source hasn't been verified as legit.

Barring any good arguments to the contrary I'll start reverting the changesets in a couple of hours.

Gruss
