It really seems like you are using some AI building-detection tool. Using one is fine, but in this changeset only some buildings have been added, and inconsistently, even though all buildings are available on satellite imagery.

If you don't want to draw each building in a given small area (in a relatively well-mapped country like Sweden), it's better to leave it, so it doesn't confuse other mappers who see that your changes are recent and may avoid adding the missing buildings by assuming that the satellite imagery is outdated. This city in particular is undergoing massive construction work to add housing for another 100 000 people in a couple of decades, which is why inconsistent mapping can cause such confusion here.

I looked at some of your other changesets and found similar issues where individual houses are seemingly randomly added, and not others (see changeset/184500541 and changeset/179511940).
Even then I see that you make a lot of good contributions (thanks!), so please take your time with the buildings.

Hello! I saw you added the cycle lanes to the sidewalk. I've moved them to the main road with cycleway=lane since they are apart of it instead of the sidewalk.
I only touched a few segments so it's possible more need to be moved over.

I see that you've added sidewalk=no on a bunch of footpaths. Typically the tag is used on roads to denote if there are parallel sidewalks to it ( sidewalk=*?uselang=en ).
If you want to specify that a path is not a sidewalk it's better to pick an appropriate value for footway=? instead.

Hello, I'm reverting some of your changes here as they are incorrect.
In Sweden, access=private should almost never be used in residential areas. Laws are very permissive here.
There are also other tags that are mis-used here such as motor_vehicle=destination, which again not limited by swedish law here, and service=driveway. Many of the roads here are just residential and some are service.
