“a problem with JOSM's implementation”: You are the one asking, I find the current behavior enough. I see no point in filing a bug report myself. But don’t ask _users_ to manually fill that field unless it is reasonably easy.

“machine-readable context”: no tag is perfect. `imagery_used` can both include imagery that was not actually used and miss other sources (imagery or not) while `source` being mostly free-form in editors is hard to split/match automatically. That is far from ideal for automated use, but it’s probably (close to) the best that can be done. Anyway the consequence is that to do anything sensible now and in the foreseeable future with changesets' sources, you need both.

@joost It was in response to the last part of Lee’s message. I though it was obvious from the context, but maybe I should have added a “@Lee”.

`source` is more precise than `imagery_used` (per wiki, `imagery_used` “doesn't necessarily mean the imagery was actually used as a source”) and `imagery_used` is neither automatically set nor easy to fill in JOSM. I see no point in duplicating in `imagery_used` what is already in `source`.

Ce nouveau nœud duplique l’information présente sur way/985487861 (ajoutée par vous-même il y a deux semaines et présentement visible sur le rendu « OSM Carto » affiché par défaut sur openstreetmap.org) et présente le même problème que celui que je vous ai déjà signalé il y a trois jours (cf. changeset/111808949). Je supprime donc le nœud.

`addr:housenumber` n’est pas suffisant seul pour que l’adresse soit correcte : il faut soit ajouter `addr:street`, soit créer une relation `type=associatedStreet` (comme ceci : relation/13279742).

Étrange, ce imagery_used=Cadastre, c’était la BDOrtho. Pas que ça change grand chose, vu que je ne l’ai pas utilisé, mais étrange.

La description de landuse=meadow en anglais sur le wiki est « Used to tag an area of land primarily vegetated by grass plus other non-woody plants » (la version français est identique au « non-woody » près… mais la suite du texte va dans ce même sens), ce qui me semble exclure une superposition avec de la forêt.

Ce changeset crée une superposition de forêt et de prairie au nord-ouest de Terra Botanica.

La taille de way/126916613 me semble exagérément haute (55 étages). Peut-être une erreur de frappe en voulant mettre 5 étages ?

Du fait de mon point 2, je considère qu’un délai de plus de trois jours serait déraisonnable. En l’absence de réponse, je viens donc de supprimer tous les points (changeset/110669751).

@sebarnaud Il y a en effet un paquet d’autre changesets liés (changeset/110501507, changeset/110502959, changeset/110501507, changeset/110501506, changeset/110533716, changeset/110502107, changeset/110503001, changeset/110501477, changeset/110502432, changeset/110502435, changeset/110669751), tous à vérifier…

Aucun des deux points ajoutés n’a de tag principal, décrivant de quoi il s’agit. Sans regarder en détail, ça pourrait être n’importe lequel de `shop=*`,`https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:office`, `man_made=works`. Ça crée des données que personne (rendu, application de guidage, etc.) ne peut vraiment utiliser.

The building way/978457085 does not have this shape. Prefer simple shapes or leaving the task to someone else rather than integrating bad data.

Less important (but not to be neglected), HotOSM task's instructions include a sentence about squaring buildings, which would have been the obvious correct choice for way/978457088, but was not done. If you haven’t already, please read the instructions.
