This isn't a natural resource but 100% artificial. I'm going revert this change.

Is there really ready to use concrete stored in the tank way/387312456? Or is it the dry cement only?

Tthe two pipelines 385266668 and 385266669 in this changeset are tagged with substance=nap What substance is "nap". Feel free to post a link to wikipedia.

This change affects the two pipelines way/54630411 and way/54630411 which have now the tag substance=fuels set. This tagging is unique in the database. I'm going to change it to substance=hydrocarbons.

A part of the name Countrymark Finished Product Pipeline should not be part of the tagging. See changeset/53903841
