The buildings that you've added look excellent with a few exceptions (way/1053030053 and way/1053030049). Make sure to manually check the angles of buildings which have more than 4 nodes. Another option would be to open the warnings panel (it has an exclamation mark in a triangle and it's located on the right side of the screen) and check the respective warnings. This road segment is not one way. There are cars which are going in the opposite direction on Maxar Imagery. I've changed the oneway tag.

The road layout for the minor road is fine. I'm couldn't see the second carriageway on Maxar nor on Esri. I've checked the press releases of the road agency and I couldn't find any mentions of repair works on this section (there are some works on other sections of II-49). I've removed the second way for the main road since. I've also added the missing turn restrictions (iD has a neat tool that allows you to easily view and add them).

In JOSM, you can add a plugin which allows you to easily draw buildings. See osm.wiki/JOSM/Plugins/BuildingsTools for more info.

I've moved it back to it's original place.
