The problem with the inner elements has been solved. The rendering issues will take their time to get resolved but the important thing is that the data is fixed.

way/351639594 and way/351639620 look like buildings with more than 1 floor.

Are you sure that these buildings have 8 levels? It looks like they have 2 or 3 levels at most.

When you go to your profile page, under your name you can see Changes and after it there should be Notes (or My Notes). Alternatively you can use https://my-notes.osm-hr.org/ or you can go to https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes and select the respective country. Using Ctrl + F, you can look for your name and solve your notes.

Just for your information, you can create notes in OsmAnd instead of nodes.

Why have you changed the footpaths' tags from highway=footway to footway=footway?

I've checked the cadastre and that road should be in public property. I've left a comment on changeset/119052738.
