You have recently been adding several duplicate buildings in place of one building. This is a pattern that has continued over multiple changesets and is considered vandalism. One example of this pattern of mapping can be found here
Please do not continue to add buildings in this manner. You have been blocked from editing for a few days and these problematic changesets will be reverted.
