data imports to OpenStreetMap must go through a discussion and community approval process. You cannot just upload buildings to OSM without that. Your recent upload names a source “GeoConnect” but we do not know anything about the legality or the veracity of this source.

Please stop your import attempts immediately and follow the data import procedure at osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines
