data imports into OSM have to follow certain rules to make sure they are qualitatively and legally sound. Read more on osm.wiki/Import

Three days ago you have already attempted to import buildings and caused many duplicates in the process (see osm.org/changeset/182876505). Now you have uploaded several 10,000 points to OSM again without going through a proper import review. Please don’t do that.
