In the past you were block for your short changeset comments. I see now that you continue to use short changeset comments like “fix something.” This is not helping yourself or others. OSM is a community project which means we need to have good communications between mappers. Please refer to Good Changeset Comments

Also, I see you removed a fountain and added it back when all that was really needed was to update the tags. Why create more work for yourself? Just update the tags or make a modification to the existing geometry. That makes it much easier and it save the history of the object.
