your account is 11 days old. In these 11 days, you have uploaded thousands of buildings without proper sourcing and description - your upload comments are a mess of hashtags with no human-readable content.

In osm.org/changeset/181835700 I have pointed out that the source you are giving for your data is not plausible and asked you to comment.

Instead of commenting, you have continued to add large amounts of buildings to OSM in what I suspect is a data import.

I have then blocked your account in osm.org/user_blocks/20191 asking you to urgently respond to my changeset message before you continue editing.

You have read that block message, and instead of doing what I asked of you, continued editing.

Since you seem to be unwilling or unable to explain your actual data source and this looks very much like an undocumented import, I am now blocking your account and reverting your edits.

If you would like to appeal this block, please email data@osmfoundation.org and explain yourself. If you are making these edits as part of a team or an organised project, please make the project managers aware of the situation and of the organised editing guidelines https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines which have been created to avoid problems like this one.
