There are a few things that you need to do. What I’d do first is to reply to the posts in the forum explaining who you are, what you are doing, and who asked you to do that. I’d also explain what surveying you did before making these edits.

Your OSM user profile says that you are a member of Uber’s map editing team. Uber should be following the organised editing guidelines osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Guidelines and https://osmfoundation.org/w/images/6/62/Organised_Editing_Guidelines.pdf and should have created an entry for this London activity at osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities . We are currently in contact with Uber about this and have asked Uber to follow these rules (if you ask internally I’m sure you can get access to the email exchange). Please do no further edits until the relevant documentation exists.
