When importing data into OpenStreetMap, it is required that you follow the Import Guidelines. It does not appear that you have done so. Because of this, I am giving you a zero-hour block.

Once you have read this block, you are free to resume editing, but any further attempts at importing data will result in a longer block being placed on your account.
