When importing data into OpenStreetMap, it is required that you follow the Import Guidelines. It does not appear that you have done so. Because of this, I have blocked your account.

When you’re ready to start the import process, please contact data@openstreetmap.org with subject “Ticket#2026032510000292 Agent Malone” and we will unblock your account so that you can go through the import process.
