The GNIS database used to contain information about various structures as well as natural features. They've since decided to stop tracking structure info (hence the 404) but older data file dumps still have this info.

now, whether to keep it or not is somewhat up in the air. I will say, leaving it makes a good number of cross-matching projects a bit easier but if folks wanted to start pulling these things off of structures, that's probably fine.

Either way, it's probably worth a discussion over on the forum (https://community.openstreetmap.org/) to see if there's any particular consensus.

It's helpful to other mappers if you have a changeset comment that tells what's the rough scope of changes (building additions, maxspeed and lane tagging etc). It's easy to see that this is waltham already so any more detail you can provide helps other folks keep track of things :-D

Thanks for adding the roadway names. One tip that is easy to overlook is that OSM uses expanded names for our roadways, not the abbreviations you'll see on signs etc. This lets downstream consumers make the choice about what to show as well as clearing up some ambiguous abbreviation collisions.

So this would be East Gate Road etc.

Great work! Just a small heads up that the wikidata entries for flag:wikidata should be the "flag of..." ones and not the ones for the region/city/country. For example, here's the correct wikdiata for the Pahang flag (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q4487410)
