| 144571712 | thank you for the supercharger 😊

| 170636611 | Hi, maybe you can help me. Should superchargers be in english names in japan? Or is there a "correct" translation? |
| 167956676 | Btw, there was even a guy who also did an import in some areas around the same time, was even more funny to see. |
| 167956676 | I am fixing tons of duplicates right now. Please next time look for destination chargers in proximity. it's common issue that people tag superchargers as destination chargers. in the past, iD even suggest a fix that made superchargers to destination chargers. :-( otherwise lovely detailed tags :-) |
| 180227998 | It's a dc charger, not ac. I assume the naming is from the grid tags. Same time, it slightly matters for the people trying to charge |
| 179360917 | i'm confused. aren't the shell chargers actually tesla chargers?? |
| 179495380 | btw, just started mapping supercharger in the north america. I hope I don't fuck it up. :-) |
| 179495380 | Yes, I made an accident and mapped multiple ref:supercharge_info with the tesla ref. I assumed that somehow or may read that wrong somewhere. Now I'm correcting slowly. adding ref:tesla add the same time. ref:tesla is the id that tesla references. can usually be seen all urls on the tesla website related to that charger. Should make it easier in the future to reference it. ref:tesla2, no idea, not mine :-) In Europe i have seen both. Replace or just expand, it depends. But on the charging station we should reference the max. man_made charge points can of course be more specific. At least that's how I understand it. |
| 179416618 | clearly wrong, I'm sorry. |
| 167934011 | please check for duplicates before importing... |

| 174266785 | Hi. Thank you for the supercharger! I updated this supercharger slightly. I suggest to check the wiki about charging_stations The guidelines have changed a lot in the last 2-3 years, especially the "socket" chaos :-) No critique, just wanted to mention and spread the word :-) Thank you! |
| 179864200 | Why? These are more or less equivalent, and were only recently deprecated. hence should stay for a while so consumer apps can catch up.
it's why I added that one.
the older one probablz stays valid, since these reference old charging plug which are still on older chargers. I think they are tesla only.
| 179512738 | easy understandable for me :-) |
| 179429906 | Just read my text again, doesn't read as nice as I wanted. I just wanted to point to the wiki since all the charging related tagging has changed quite in the last 1-3 years. Nothing else. :-) In general I'm very happy if people add all the chargers. I hate all the 1000 apps for every country to find chargers. OSM is perfect for that :-) |
| 179463207 | I just noticed iD says that man_made shouldn't be on a line, which then breaks the autocomplete to a charge_point... |
| 179463207 | Yes, as much as I know it's kind of new, 2-3 years maybe. The whole charging situation is slowly unwinding. It's also why I am often commenting like this. I want people to know and I want OSM to be perfect for electric cars. I hate the 1000 local apps for every country and charging provider. But it's probably not too bad to have them the old way. In the past, most charging stations were small anyway, often 1-2 stations except for Tesla.
It's a lot worse if you look at the sockets. so much happened there and is still happening. meanwhile editors like iD are lagging completely due to discussions. But as usual in OSM, from nothing, to something, to better, to perfect :-) |
| 175627397 | Sounds like a lovely edge case 🥴
Shall I extend the description? Not sure if it is really needed. I just don't want people get into a mess accidentally while charging, may at night when people are more vulnerable |
| 168723482 | Warum nicht? Wird überall so genannt. Die URL war auch kürzer. Von Openstreetmap auf eine Map linken ist auch eher sinnlos... |
