Changing tags on that area would have been sufficient, it didn't need to be deleted. It had retail tags on it. It could have been tagged like this:

I fixed the issues. We can leave the eatery tagged as cafe, it isn't completely wrong.

First, you deleted some tags for no reason. check_date tag specifies the last time when a place was surveyed in person. Editors like EveryDoor add it automatically when a change to the place is made. Removing outdoor_seating also wasn't needed. The place indeed doesn't have outdoor seating.

Second, don't completely delete places that have closed. Instead, remove all relevant tags from the place and leave only shop=vacant or disused:*=* Choose whatever fits the best. This solution records the history of a place.

Lastly, I want to discuss changing the sia leno s from bar to a cafe. I was physically inside there and confirmed that it's a bar despite the fact that there's a sign outside saying that it's a cafe. The only things available without waiting were drinks and a small selection of snacks. The main course had to be ordered from a menu. What was the reason to change the place's tagging to cafe?
