I'm pretty sure that there aren't any 34 storey buildings on Harley Street. This changeset should be reverted.

The pond which you deleted is still clearly visible in the available aerial imagery. Are you asserting that it no longer exists?

Thanks for adding the separate sidewalks, but please don't add foot=no unless pedestrians are actually prohibited by law. If it's not a motorway and there aren't TSRGD 625.1 signs (and a traffic order), then pedestrians have an absolute right to use the carriageway.

These are matches which I rejected on inspection before upload. Although I restored the tags to their previous state using JOSM's history tool, that doesn't clear the action=modify attribute which the script sets on the <way> element in the OSM XML file and still increments the version. If it happens a lot, I'll have to find a way to avoid it.

Taking way/681862761 as an example, it's mapped as a mid-terrace building on Walpole Road. Although it comfortably fits within an INSPIRE polygon, there appear to be 6 buildings to its north, but only 5 INSPIRE polygons. I can't be confident that the building would still be in the same INSPIRE polygon after someone realigns the terrace.

(In this case, Bing aerial imagery shows that the "terrace" is actually a mix of semis and terrace. I'll fix that in a minute.)
