Last time I was there, cycling on the north side of Filip Kutev was on the road, on a painted cycle lane (still mapped with cycleway:right=lane on the road) and the sidewalk was for pedestrians only. Has this changed?

Hi, are you sure these streets have the legal status of "living street"? See highway=living_street If they have, the change must have been very recently. The only street in Sofia that I know with that status is Цар Иван Шишман in the centre (see the sign on the right https://maps.app.goo.gl/nZakpEs8qooY3LtLA )

Can you please check your edits on way/157691259 ? afaik it used to be a shooting range, but was changed into a museum in 1969. It is certainly a building, so that you deleted building=yes was an error.

In this case, the building should be split in two because that's how it is shown in cadastre (you can see it on images as well). Then the addresses can be put on the buildings. I did this with this building and the one east of it (which is 3 buildings). We should have a discussion on how to map addresses in BG...

Is there nothing left? Usually it is better not to delete something, but to change the tags (to shop=vacant, for instance)

I made some improvements of the paths mapped around Ul. Zemen, but there's more left to be done. It's not very accurate (see note).

You created a highway=services in this change. According to the wiki, this is a "Place where drivers can leave a road to refuel, rest, or take refreshments". I deleted it and the one near Vasil Levski Stadium, after StreetComplete asked me if it had toilets :)

That's also part of NAP, so it could work. However if other offices move in (like InvestBulgaria agency, who moved out), the tag will not be accurate any more. Is the Yalta Club node at the right place...?

Could be, their descriptions are the same (just TD spelled out or abbreviated). But there are many branches of NAP in that building... I was at node/12180387288 to cancel the DDS registration of my company, so that one should not be deleted. I added the preset for NRA to it, added entrances (for customers and sluzheben) and deleted the Invest Bulgaria agency node (it moved to ul. Vrabcha).
