109862264	almost 5 years ago	If these are footpaths then the correct way to tag separate ways is with footway=highway and footway=sidewalk, see osm.wiki/Sidewalks Alternatively tagging the parent road with the sidewalk tag instead of drawing a sperate way may be easier to maintain.
