in changeset/185756110 I asked about the organized edit page so I could see the consultation. If the edit is osm.wiki/Uber_Road_Geometry,_Turn_restrictions,_Directionality_%26_Lane_connectivity_Improvements the consultation hasn't yet happened there.

Please do not do any edits as part of that organized edit until consultation has been completed.

This change resulted in a tiny way to the north of Avenida de los Inmigrantes which I've merged with the rest of the road north.

This looks like a part of an organized edit. Can you link to the organized edit page? If the page is osm.wiki/Uber_Road_Geometry,_Turn_restrictions,_Directionality_%26_Lane_connectivity_Improvements that edit has not yet had community consultation and should not be proceeding yet.

Someone edited osm.wiki/Uber_Pedestrian_Data_Improvements_in_London to falsely imply that community consultation had taken place and the edit was okay.

Even under this incorrect page it said "continuation or expansion beyond [June 26th] will be documented on this page or on follow-on activity pages, as appropriate" and that has not happened.

To be clear, do not continue this organised edit as it has not gone to community consultation. The minimum consultation period is two weeks.

I was looking for the documentation on this organized edit and the community consultation about it. This consultation doesn't seem to have happened.

If it hasn't happened it looks like you started this edit early and should hold off any more edits under that organized edit.

No community consultation was done for this organized edit. Uber needs to go to the forum and discuss this with the UK community. They should also explain how they missed community consultation.

For the other edit, it also looks like no communication consultation was done. Organized edits require the consultation happen before edits are done. Since it apparently hasn't started then there should be no edits under that organized edit.

I reviewed the wiki page for this organized edit (osm.wiki/Uber_Pedestrian_Data_Improvements_in_London) and it says that the consultation is in progress and no edits will be made yet.

It looks like you started early - can you hold off on any edits under this organized edit until community consultation has been started and completed.

Organized edits need a page on the OSM wiki with documentation. I can't see that documentation on the page you linked and the page you linked is not on the wiki.

Before making any more edits as part of this event can you ask the organizer to post the information here? They should be able to answer my questions

I was looking at the ESRI imagery and the top of the U-shaped road doesn't seem to exist on it. It looks like the roads go in to a parking area under the building.

Were you perhaps using a data source other than ESRI imagery?

The lot you've added the new roads to shows a connection to Obafemi Awolowo Way which looks suspect. Is this lot connected on both sides?

The way added doesn't have any turn restrictions which means it's possible to do a u-turn here. Is that allowed?

I was looking at the area you edited and is it still under construction? The entire area is tagged as being a construction zone.

Also, it looks like the south road no longer extends all the way to and over the bridge.

This way looks like it's just a break in the fence between directions. Are you sure it's usable by normal vehicles? Right now it's implied as oneway so only northbound traffic can use it. Is that accurate?

Frequently connections like this one are access=no or designated for emergency vehicles only.

are you sure these roads connect? It looks like the residential street terminates north of the boulevard

The link you gave me says that the community consultation for that proposed organized edit has not yet happened and "no editing will be performed under this activity until the relevant community consultation has taken place."

Please hold off doing any more of this organized edit until the consultation has been finished, or if it is just a documentation error, the wiki page has been updated.

The page you've linked says the status is "Consultation in progress. No edits under this activity will be made until the local discussion has run its course." The forum discussion linked has no messages from Uber either, so it looks like Uber hasn't yet started the community consultation for this proposed edit.

In addition in the forum post the page does link to the consensus is clearly against Uber performing the proposed organized edit.

@Vandana@28, can you provide a link to the organized editing page for the edits you were conducting? In particular I'm trying to find a link to the community consultation that was done prior to the activity.
