Analysis of the first osm object in the mismatch list:
relation/18458835#map=12/62.3777/17.1146&layers=N
Its a section but the wikidata tag points to the whole path and not the section in WD (perhaps the section is missing). So OSM is incorrect.
Same goes for the next 20 rows.
Row 22:
relation/1688718 same issue as above. Links to main relation not the country section in WD.

to be clear: the mismatches were intentionally skipped by the script, so no change to those relations. they could be pointing to the right WD object (and we have duplicates in WD perhaps?) or they could be pointing to an incorrect item.
