Have you checked that the names added by user chdr weren't by deleting an existing road, and added a new road, so you take as a new name, but the name was already there before?

Have been several years from chdr changes in this area, but i'm pretty sure that road names was already there and i (at some time I personally checked them from available free sources).

From the wiki documentation I added (see osm.wiki/WikiProject_Uruguay/Ciudades_de_Uruguay/Durazno) , it seems that my check was made oct 4 2013.

le puse sidewalk=no para marcar que no hay veredas y lanes=1 por la unica senda.

Tenes que mapearlo con las etiquetas power=* que correspondan para que tenga mayor utilidad.
Podes ampliar aca osm.wiki/Power

Jorge, si no le pones etiquetas que describan el elemento se limita mucho la utilidad del dato.

Por la foto parece bastante angosto. Capaz mejor marcarlo como highway=service

Cuando pasas de punto a area, conviene marcale el entrance=main o entrance=yes, que es la entrada a donde por ejemplo te puede llevar un GPS.

The imagery is old and very old in some areas,

My question should have been: Are you surveying on site or using the public aerial imagery to set the surface?

Thanks, no problem. The aerial imagery in this area is very old. I saw the new bridge when it was in construction in 2015, so when another user draw it last year I just assumed it was opened to traffic, and that probably your changes were based on old imagery. The old bridge was narrow, as are several other bridges on Ruta 5, so in the last few years new ones are being build, or planned their construction.
