the interpretation of which waterway is Arroyo de la Invernada is the problem by which the limits between Brazil and Uruguay are disputed since XIX century.

So, name:es in way/116896246 is ok, because its what is called in spanish (IGM link below). Obviously the IGBE and Brazilian Topographic Maps will display other names as they are official organizations in their country. The IGM sheet shows which waterway is called Arroyo de la Invernada for us. https://igm.gub.uy/geoportal/datos/cartas/J/J7.tif

So, I tagged name:es=Arroyo de la Invernada the waterways that are part of "Arroyo de la Invernada" according to Uruguay position.

This way way/116895878/ is what Brazil says it is "Arroio Invernada", but for Uruguay is "Arroyo Maneco", so one name in name:pt, the other in name:es, and both in name, as there are tagged all waterways in the BR/UY border.

Lo de los numeros es justamente asi, si le pones el prefijo +598 no llevan el cero los moviles. Todos los numeros tienen +598 mas 8 digitos. Podes no ponerle el +598, pero eso no se recomienda al ser una base de datos global, ya que con el +598 de cualquier telefono del mundo se puede llamar sin ningun error, cosa que sin el prefijo no es posible, solo seria usable desde dentro de Uruguay.

Probalo, usa tu telefono y llama a cualquier movil y vas a ver que con el +598 el 0 no va (si va el 9x como prefijo de moviles).

Hola. Gracias por los aportes. Ten en cuenta que el nombre es solo el nombre. Ni "(Santa Ana)" ni "(Balneario Argentino)" son parte del nombre. Eso es claro por los limites que estan definidos para cada localidad.

* En la etiqueta "name" va el nombre, asi que aca no iria nada.

* Para campos de identificacion hay un namespace para usar. Por ejemplo para este caso podria ser "ref:UY:mvdgis:cod_arbol". Tendrias que definirlo y documentarlo aca osm.wiki/w/index.php?title=Key:ref

Los valores modificables porque los arboles crecen tendrian que tener indicacion de fecha. Ver check_date=*

Y lo mas importante, deberia seguirse la guia osm.wiki/ES:Importaci%C3%B3n/Directrices

Hi. Please do not use Bing imagery to align the border markers. Bing imagery is misaligned or offset by several meters. Imagery from IBGE or IDE.uy, altought it may be somewhat not uptodate, are best suited for that.

Bien. Lo que tenes que ver es si lo mapeas como shop o como amenity, por los comentarios parece amenity cafe o fastfood. Y es importante ponerle las etiquetas de vegano diet:vegan=* para que aparezca en los mapas de cosas veganas.

Please check again this changeset. I'm trying to do the waterways mapping right to model the real world, and it seems that you joined two different basins... the begining of waterways that flows to different basins shouln't be connected.
