"parking:both=lane" should be correct.

Something went very wrong here - these changesets created a huge amount of nodes and areas with strange tags. Please make sure to always follow the OSM import guidelines!

What Shell sells in one place under this name might be completely different from what they sell somewhere else.
In most places this information is required to be shown at least on the pumps themselves.

"state" was used just once on all the railway signals in the world before your recent edits.

Mostly key names are either singular or plural and don't change their form depending on if there is one or more values.

It might be better to have a clearer difference between the two keys which is not just an 's'.
