could you point us to the mandatory import documentation?
All these ways have many foreign tags that shouldn't be in OSM.
Also, none of these ways is connected to any other highway, which makes the ways rather useless, because they are just loops that can't be reached from anywhere.

First, there are many people who don't want to publish their prices and menu on the internet for various reasons.
Second, there is a problem of copyright with respect to printed menus: Often the creator / designer of them has a copyright that doesn't allow further copies or reproductions of the work, like with any other printed material.

Third, if the owner wants to have his menu published, they likely put it on their web page. Then we can just add a link using website:menu=*

There is a general consensus that OSM is not a directory of prices of various amenities. See e.g. here in a recent question about hotel prices:

please don't delete existing (and well visible in aerial images) paths on the request of someone. OSM maps what is on the ground, including access restricted paths. You can easily add all the required access tags to mark the paths as not usable by the public.

If you want feedback about your tagging, better ask directly in the forum. There are very few people actively monitoring edits - and I only found this edit because you used a tag that nobody used before.

The man_made=tunnel in the North is a lot longer than the tunnel marked on the road.

You also used 'maxheight' tags on the tunnel - they belong on the road. 'maxheight' always describes a legal height limit, not the actual height of an object.

'maxheight:physical' describes the actual limitations, but only on roads.

On the tunnel itself I recommend using 'height' for the actual height in the middle and height:left / height:right for the height at the sides.

"plant:output:steam" is usually the total output capacity of the plant, i.e. the maximum possible. What does the second output mean?

I reverted this changeset as well - you deleted the original nodes, but not the new ones. Now everything is as it was 3 days ago.
