I just fixed a couple hundred name keys:
it's "name:zh-Hans" with a capital H instead of 'name:zh-hans'. Could you check your presets / auto-completion?

It seems something went wrong here. All the objects have many tags that shouldn't be in OSM, e.g.:

OBJECTID = 9578
id = 691067
lga_code = 302
lga_name = BALLARAT
ref = Central Highlands Water Open Data
type = Fire plug

"recycling:gifts" is a new tag in OSM. Could you explain what exactly can be recycled here? Or is it some kind of share box to hand on unused items?

could you check your recent edits? It's "turn:lanes", not "turn_lanes".

Is the address in 'contact' not the physical one?

And the one in 'postal' the one to contact the farm?

You can leave the tags, but they aren't really useful without any tool using this information.

I can't find any license statement on this site. Do you have a written statement that this data can be copied to OSM?

Please feel free to ask for some feedback in the forums, but my hunch is that the general gist is that this is too much for OSM.

In both Level0 and JOSM you can edit many objects at once - so that was no issue at all.

'postal:' has not been used in any place and are not likely to be used by any tool. I suggest to move 'postal:' to 'contact:' and have the physical address in normal 'addr:' tags.

please don't add 50+ food and drink tags on restaurants. OSM is not the right place to store the complete menu of a restaurant.
Just add a link to the menu on their website using website:menu.
